Etti Experimental Kitchen 2010
Etti, major food line from Hypermarcas, has new plans for the Etti Experimental Kitchen: In the project, the students learn three practical and delicious dishes, which give more flavor and charm to the table. The courses are ministered by Chef Mariana Durães, professional with degree in Nutrition and Gastronomy. For the March issue, Mariana produced useful and charming dishes for the day-to-day. Among the recipes that will be presented are: Cream of Broccoli with Salsaretti Sugo & Cheese Balls, Meatballs in Creamy Sauce of Yogurt and Traditional Salsaretti and Rice Cake with Vegetables Etti.
Mariana has expertise in several areas of Gastronomy: besides teaching, she acts as a personal chef, creates and develops recipes for culinary production in photos and TV commercials. All recipes from the course were prepared by her with the products of the brand, that not only offer more convenience in the preparation of the dishes, make the dishes even more delicious.
To take part, those interested must enroll at the stores where the courses will be conducted, according to the calendar below. The classes last an average of 2 hours.
